Orders
Orders are accepted after payment confirmation and, for custom garments, after measurement review where required. By placing an order you confirm that the details you provide — including measurements and shipping address — are accurate.
Pricing
Configurator pricing is an estimate until the atelier validates fabric, trims, and construction. Ready-made prices are as shown at checkout unless a promotion or gift credit applies.
Accounts & conduct
You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure. We may refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent, abusive, or incomplete.
Virtual try-on
Virtual Try-On is a style preview, not a fit guarantee. By using the camera or photo modes you agree to the consent text shown in-studio and to our Privacy — camera terms. Live camera frames are not uploaded unless you capture or add to cart.
