Returns and alterations
Clear policies for custom and ready-made — so support is never a guessing game.
Custom garments
Custom stitched garments are made to your measurements and are not returnable for change-of-mind. Defective items or atelier errors are remedied. Eligible custom orders include one fit-correction request within seven days of delivery — contact us with your order number and clear photos.
Ready-made returns
Ready-made garments may be returned unused, with tags attached, within 7 days of delivery for size exchange or refund. Worn, washed, or altered items are not eligible.
